Our Orchard Tart Cherry uses CherryPure®, which is actually freeze-dried -- a process that preserves anthocyanins even better than cold pressing. The cherries are cooled to 38°F within an hour of being picked, frozen within 24 hours, and then gently freeze-dried using proprietary technology. Heat never touches the cherries at any point, so you get the full antioxidant potency nature put into the fruit. Cold pressing is a juice extraction method -- since our product is a concentrated powder (50 lbs of cherries per 1 lb of powder), freeze-drying is the gold standard for preserving the beneficial compounds.
We recommend taking 2 capsules or gummies daily, preferably in the evening.
