We trust you will love Hippie Farms Products, so we invite you to try a product for up to 99 days*. If you’re not happy in any way, email us at support@hippie-farms.com for a full refund! 

Hippie Farms has a no-hassle, no return, refund policy: no return necessary! We want this to be a groovy experience. We want our customers to always feel safe ordering from us, knowing we care about your well-being. We are family owned business and it is important to us that our customers feel they are a part of our groovy commune.

Late or missing refunds

If we have initiated a refund and you haven’t yet seen it credited back to you, first check your bank account again! These transactions typically have a processing time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 5-7 business days from when the refund was initiated, please contact us at support@hippie-farms.com.

*Our 100% money-back guarantee applies to all products purchased within the last 99 days. If a product was purchased more than 99 days ago the product is no longer refundable. To protect us from abuse of this policy the groovy guarantee refund is capped to $75. Any order greater than $75 can only receive a maximum refund of $75. We do not accept returns.
